Mended AI helps users record pain context, receive AI-guided recovery support, and track exercise progress. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Account information, such as email address and sign-in provider.
• Pain profile details, goals, check-ins, exercise progress, and reminders.
• Camera, microphone, photo, or video content only when you choose to share it.
• Device, purchase, crash, analytics, and app usage information.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the app, personalize recovery plans, provide AI consults, save progress, process subscriptions, improve app reliability, and respond to support requests.

Health and AI data

Mended AI may process sensitive health-related information you provide. AI outputs are informational support only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that help run the app, including hosting, authentication, analytics, AI processing, payments, and customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can manage permissions in your device settings. You can request account deletion in the app from Settings, which removes your saved account and recovery data. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, or payment compliance.
